Watches shown are subject to prior sale and may no longer be available. Descriptions, photos and any prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell until we confirm it to you directly in writing.
Purchases, payment and deposits
We accept wire transfer, Zelle, credit card and crypto. Card payments carry a 4% processing fee. An invoice is issued once a watch is paid in full. A watch may be held with a 10% deposit. If we are unable to source a watch you requested, your deposit is refunded in full. Once we have sourced and purchased the watch on your behalf, the deposit is non-refundable.
Warranty
Watches we sell carry a one-year warranty on the movement, covering movement and complication issues. The warranty does not cover damage from drops, mishandling, intentional damage or negligence.
Shipping
We ship by FedEx or UPS overnight, fully insured, with a signature required on delivery, typically within 24 hours of cleared payment. We also ship internationally.
Offers, sourcing and consignment
Any figure we give you before inspecting a watch in person is a preliminary estimate. Final offers, prices, consignment terms and sourcing timelines are confirmed only after inspection and in a separate written agreement. Sourcing times vary by piece and are never guaranteed.
Service and repair
Service and repair work begins only after you approve a written estimate. Estimates may change if further issues are found once a watch is opened, and we will contact you before doing additional work. Specific warranty terms, if any, are given in writing with the estimate.
The List
Membership in The List is by application and at our discretion. We may decline or end a membership at any time. Pieces offered to members are subject to availability and prior sale.
Your submissions
You agree that the information and photos you send us are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Please do not send payment card details through our forms.
Intellectual property
The E.R Exclusive Collection name, logo and site content belong to us and may not be copied without permission. Watch brand names belong to their respective owners. We are an independent business and are not affiliated with or authorized by any watch brand unless we state otherwise.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Returns
You may return a watch within 3 days of delivery. It must be unworn and undamaged, with every box, paper and accessory it came with, and you must contact us before sending it back. Return shipping must be fully insured and is paid by you. Card and transaction fees are not refunded, and a restocking fee may apply if anything is missing or the watch shows wear. Special orders are final sale.
