E.R Exclusive Collection LLC ("we", "us") runs erexclusive.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and anything you tell us about a watch, such as brand, model, reference, condition, photos, budget and timing.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, text or Instagram.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To respond to you: make an offer, source a watch, quote a service, or answer a question.
- To manage our client relationships and keep a record of what we discussed.
- If you apply for and join The List, or otherwise ask us to, to send you private offers and updates. You can stop these at any time.
- To protect the site and our business from fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
WhatsApp, text and email
We only send marketing messages to people who have asked to receive them. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp or text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to exclusivecollection@pm.me, and we will stop. Message and data rates may apply.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our client-management software and our messaging providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights, or with a watchmaker or shipping partner when it's needed to complete something you asked us to do.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we have a reason to, such as an ongoing conversation, a completed transaction or our legal and tax obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to exclusivecollection@pm.me. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please never send card numbers or other payment details through our forms.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
